First of all, sorry for the disappearance! I’ve been busy working throughout my term break. When it comes to weekends, I just feel like slacking or catching up with my friends which explains my absense in baking. Nevertheless, now that the new school term has started, I guess I’ll probably be baking more often.
I guess many of you will agree with me that there’re thousands of brownies recipes and it is difficult to settle on one recipe when many claims to be the best. I’ve mentioned that my definition of the best brownies should be on the cakey side and loaded with tons of walnuts. However, I’ve settled on the classic fudgy melty brownies (Dorie Greenspan’s Baking: From My Home to Yours page 88) today as these are the best according to my friend’s definition. I love the intense chocolate taste and how melty it is, these are probably one of the best brownies I’ve ever eaten.
On the side note, I’ve received requests to share recipes on my blog. As much as I love to share with everyone, I’m wondering if it infringes copyright law if I were to lift the recipes and paste it on my blog. To all my readers who are also food bloggers, kindly comment on how you feel regarding sharing of recipes. Thanks!

hmm so far, the recipes i’ve tried are from other food bloggers who shared them on their blogs. though i’ve bought a few books but i have yet tried any recipes from them. i hope i will one day and i’ll definitely share my experience and recipe. guess it should be fine as quite a number of bloggers do it too. so long as you dont reprint it etc…
btw… the brownies look darn good! i myself prefer my brownies to be more heavy and fudgy =)

Hello Bernice! It’s me the chocolate freak again. remember how u shared the choc muffin recipe with me last time? it turned out great! thanks! just hope you can share this one this time. As far as Iam concerned, as long as you cite your sources from which particular source, it is okay. Many bloggers do that too.
regards

Hi Weng and Katherine,
thanks for explaining. I’ll probably start sharing recipes soon. 🙂
