After the macarons attempt, I went on with making bread in the afternoon. Initially, I wanted to start from scratch and was thinking of making some sausage buns but I don’t think sneezing and kneading at the same time is a good idea. In the end, I chose to make this wholemeal bread as it seems pretty easy. However, my bread did not turn out as good as Happy Homebaker’s. I believe my yeast has expired or died since it’s an open pack hence my bread did not rise as high, in fact it was pretty small. I also did a horrible job with the slit hence I shall spare you guys from the ugly pictures. Anyhow, I’ll definitely attempt the bread again!
